Automation — the work that does itself
Many departments, many boards, one morning.
Every morning a dozen systems produce their own files, each in its own format. An agent reads them where they lie, checks them against yesterday and sets one page in the resort's brand. A person still signs it off.
Applications — working, tappable
Two working apps, not mockups. Tap the phone below — the Compass runs a short tour by itself, then it is yours to explore.
Sign in from the key-card QR, then the resort board itself becomes the map — 49 numbered points, pinch to zoom, tap any of them. Turn the phone sideways for the full board.
Films — 153 years, brought to life
A hand-illustrated storybook film: an antique book opens and every chapter of the resort's history — the founders, the funicular, the Belle Époque, the golden era — rises as a paper pop-up. Storyboard, keyframes, motion, narration and score, start to finish.
Restaurants — menus that move
Three restaurants, three signature dishes — every one taken from the real menus: the OAK Burger assembling itself as you scroll, Spices' Swiss salmon tartare with Oona caviar, Parisa's braised lamb shank on saffron-dill rice. Plus a food reel and a print menu system.

Digital signage — screens that live
The resort's lobby screens today are beautiful — but static. The proposal keeps their exact format (photo · serif headline · QR) and brings it to life with subtle motion. Left: their real screen today. Right: my refreshed, living version.

Events & print — from gala to postcard
A New Year's gala suite, a heritage postcard series drawn from the real place, an interactive fold-out booklet in the resort's own pocket-guide tradition, event backdrops and the printed pieces a guest actually holds.
Packaging — from dieline to shelf
Four products from the resort's own shelf: alpine honey, pralines, the spa line and a wedding favour. Each one shown the way packaging is really made — construction first (dieline 1:1 in millimetres, with cut, crease, glue and bleed), then the print laid flat across the panels, then the finished object.
Photo retouch — phone snap to publishable
A department sends a quick phone photo — a plate, a room, a detail. An hour later it can go on the website, into the newsletter or onto a lobby screen. Same frame, same room, same dish: only light, colour, clutter and crop are corrected. Hover over an image — or drag it on a phone — to wipe between before and after.

Brand book — researched, not invented
The real crest, the real palette taken straight from the resort's live styles, Lora & Montserrat with a Sacramento script accent, and the „Spirit of Bürgenstock" voice — nothing invented. Documented as a clean five-board guideline.
